40+ years of international management experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Trading, IT and Not for Profits. Worked in 5 continents and 12 countries. Grew company revenues more than 30% a year in some, pulled one out of Chapter 11 and kept another from going Chapter 7. Always been a part of senior management involved in Finance, HR and Organization Growth Strategy including Pre-M&A and Post Merger Integration in India, Zaire and USA. Work very successfully with employees, clients and vendors.

Developed and managed India’s first Customer Loyalty Program, which grew to be the world’s largest philatelic club in 1985. Served as Adviser to the Ministry of Communications, Government of India and on Committees for State and County Government in the United States.

Long history of working with not for profit organizations and fund-raising. Has served on the Board of not for profits in India, Rwanda and United States. Now serve on Advisory Boards at major Universities in the United States.
